The Barbershop Menu — Craft Cocktails & Whiskey

The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails is a hidden whiskey bar and Las Vegas speakeasy inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, and this is what we pour. Our menu runs from house craft cocktails — smoked old fashioneds, spiked juices, and shareable flasks — to one of the deepest whiskey collections on the Strip: bourbon, rye, Scotch, Irish, Japanese, and rare allocated bottles, plus beer, wine, and zero-proof cocktails. Order two fingers neat, three for a double, and let the live music do the rest.
